Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days — we'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

As we work with international suppliers to bring you authentic K-beauty and skincare products, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support.tgsc@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
We collect estimated duties and import taxes at checkout using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means the price you pay at checkout already includes these charges, so there should be no additional fees due upon delivery for international orders.
In the rare case that additional charges are assessed by your local customs authority beyond what was collected at checkout, please contact us at support.tgsc@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support.tgsc@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly, and reach out to us at support.tgsc@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.tgsc@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
