Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

To start a return, contact us at support.tgsc@gmail.com with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide return instructions and the address to send your package to.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support.tgsc@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare/beauty products cannot be returned, in line with hygiene regulations. We also don't accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or hazardous materials.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, then place a separate order for the new one.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item remains unopened and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without your refund appearing, contact us at support.tgsc@gmail.com.
